• you are only welcome in our location with a valid entrance ticket;
• parking is only permitted against payment in the parking spaces indicated for this purpose;
• you must be able to identify yourself on request – children under the age of 18 may only enter our location under the supervision of an adult;
• for security reasons, you must follow instructions from employees and written directions (for example, directions on signs) at all times – you may be searched in this context and your bags may also be searched;
• it is forbidden:
• to make video and/or sound recordings for commercial purposes;
• to bring your own food and drink;
• to advertise and offer goods and/or services;
• to wear group characteristic and/or inflammatory clothing;
• to bring items that could cause unrest or injury, (toy) weapons and/or drugs (medicines are allowed provided a medical certificate can be presented);
• to bring (pets) animals (with the exception of a guide/assistance dog);
• to block or incorrectly activate paths, (emergency) exits, stairs or fire extinguishers;
• to commit vandalism and/or theft.
• if, in the opinion of our location and/or the organiser, you disrupt the order, peace and/or safety, whether or not as a result of violating these visitor regulations, you may be refused or deprived of access to our location;
• goods and objects that in the opinion of our location and/or the organiser are considered unauthorised as well as legally prohibited goods and objects are not allowed in our location;
• in case of (a suspected) criminal offence/violation, the police will be notified;
• in addition to regular camera surveillance, our location is able to make video and sound recordings. These recordings may be used in commercial communications as memorable impressions of our location and the Libéma concern of which our location is a part;
• our location processes personal data (including (camera) images) in accordance with applicable regulations and our privacy statement;
• visiting and parking at our location are entirely at your own risk. Our location does not accept liability for personal injury and/or theft, loss, missing property or damage to property.
