    We only receive a limited number of guests at the same time and then only with an online reservation. We work with a standard per location, so the amount of people is always appropriate.

    We wear personal protective equipment where necessary. We disinfect important contact points and clean more often. We provide central disinfection points.
  • We provide sufficient and clear information
    We have visible, knowledgeable and trained colleagues. We provide understandable information, instructions and signage. We address guests if the agreements are not respected.

There are special guidelines for going out safely together

  • Wash your hands regularly.
  • Keep a 1.5 metre distance away from others.
  • Go home if you are suffering from a cold, runny nose, sneezing, sore throat, mild cough and/or temperature (up to 38°C). Go home if someone in your household has a fever (from 38° C) and/or symptoms of shortness of breath.
  • Pay with pin or contactless. No cash is accepted.
  • Where necessary, follow our instructions.

Does 1931 Congress Centre conduct a health check?

Yes, in order to visit 1931 Congress Center, you declare that you can answer the questions below with “no”. You give this statement when booking a visit or purchasing a ticket. In addition, a check takes place when entering the location.

  • Have you had one or more of the following (mild) complaints in the past 24 hours: cold, cough, chest tightness or fever (from 38 degrees Celsius)?
  • Do you currently have a housemate or family member with a fever or shortness of breath?
  • Have you had covid-19 (diagnosed by a lab test) and has it been diagnosed within the past 14 days?
  • Have you been in contact with someone who has been diagnosed with or has symptoms of covid-19 in the past 14 days?
  • Have you, or someone in your household, been in a country or region for at least 48 hours in the last 14 days with a negative travel advice due to Corona (code red)?

What does 1931 Congress Centre understand by the definition of a household?

1931 Congress Center defines a household as a group of people who live at the same address and live under the same roof. By only visiting the 1931 Congress Center with your family or the people with whom you form a household (maximum 8 people), we can best guarantee the measures taken by the RIVM.

Can I visit the location with friends/girlfriends or different households?

This is allowed if you take into account all measures of the RIVM, such as the 1.5 meter distance rule. We base this on the sense of responsibility of our guests.

You must also reserve a separate time slot for each friend / household and observe the 1.5-meter distance rule during the entire visit.

Children up to and including 12 years do not have to keep 1.5 meters away.

Should or may you wear a face mask?

The use of mouth masks is allowed, but not mandatory.

No access with health complaints / colds/fever?

1931 Congrescentrum adheres to the guidelines of the RIVM and we ask our visitors to adhere to them. So do not come to the park if you or someone in your household suffers from a cold, runny nose, sneezing, sore throat, mild cough and / or elevation (up to 38ºC).

The Dutch measures apply to visitors from abroad during their visit to our location.

What is a self-declaration of health?
A self-declaration of health is a tick that you have to put when purchasing an online ticket before you can pay. We assume that our guests themselves pay attention to whether their household is without health problems.

Is body temperature checked?
No, we do not monitor guests for their body temperature.

What happens if I get sick during my visit?
We ask you and your household to go home for the safety of other guests and our employees.

How does 1931 Congress Centre ensure a 1.5 metre distance between households?

1931 Congrescentrum adheres to the guidelines of the RIVM and we ask our visitors to adhere to them. That means 1.5 meters (two arm’s lengths) between households. This is clearly indicated by means of boxes and markings. We ask you to follow the instructions of our employees. Failure to comply may lead to the visit being interrupted.

Are extra hygiene measures taken?

To visit our site as hygienic as possible 1931 Convention provides central disinfection points and employees make important contacts more frequent cleaning.

As a result, the structural wearing of personal protective equipment for both employees and guests is not necessary. During cleaning activities or when, for example, the 1.5 meter distance cannot be guaranteed in case of calamities, employees wear extra personal protective equipment.
